Grüver (pronounced groover) is a purpose-built citrus garnish tool designed to create manicured twists with clean, straight edges.

Two interchangeable blade widths accommodate different citrus fruits, producing consistent garnishes in a single pass, with little or no additional trimming.

A stainless steel frame, durable G-10 composite handle, and replaceable Japanese stainless steel blades make Grüver a tool designed for regular use and years of service.
