Grüver (pronounced Groover) is a citrus garnish tool designed to create clean, straight citrus twists with speed, consistency, and less waste.

Unlike traditional Y-peelers, Grüver’s dual-width blades produce straight citrus twists in a single pass with little or no trimming.

Built for professional bars. Designed for years of service. Grüver features a stainless steel frame, a durable G-10 composite handle, and replaceable precision blades.
