Grüver (pronounced groover) is a citrus garnish tool designed to create clean, straight-sided citrus ribbons with speed, consistency, and less waste.

Traditional Y-peelers often create uneven edges, excess waste, and garnishes that need extra trimming. Grüver was designed to solve that. Its dual groover blades, 3/4” (19 mm) for lemon and 1” (26 mm) for orange, create clean citrus ribbons in a single pass.

No trimming. Less waste. No second tools.

Built for real service, Grüver features a stainless steel frame, a G-10 composite handle, and replaceable precision peeler blades for long-term performance.
